CRANK 4 CAUSE - SPRING R&R
D-Bar-A Ranch in Metamora, Michigan is excited to help host the 2025 Crank 4 A Cause Spring R&R event. We are proud to offer accommodations to participants and staff of this event.
You can reserve a spot in a campsite or cabin, or choose to book an entire RV site or cabin. We offer horse programs and target sports as activities for your downtime. Welcome to The Ranch!
CABINS
Cabin bookings are either per person/bunk (shared) or for the entire cabin (private) for the three nights. Prices reflect the three night total. NOTE: If the Per Person booking is chosen, understand that bunks are shared, dormitory style lodgings with communal facilities. You will be bunking with other racers and spectators of mixed gender. Bunks are chosen first-come, first-served upon arrival.
CAMPSITES
All campsite prices are per tent for all three nights. Sites will be shared with other participants and spectators of all ages and genders. Fire pit(s) are communal. All participants have access to shower houses in a central location of the camp. Outdoor non-flush toilets, handwashing stations (with water), and picnic tables are available in all sites.
RV SITES
RV sites are for the entire site (max 6 people) for all three nights. Prices reflect the three-night total. Each site is private to the reservation. We have 6 full-hookup sites, 2 pop-up electric/water only sites, and 20 dry-dock sites. All RV sites have access to shower houses.
HORSE AND TARGET ACTIVITIES
Horse programs and target sports are available to add to your booking. Simply click "Add to Booking" to add additional items. Note that certain activities are only offered on certain days, so make sure to change the "Start Date" or check the availability calendar by clicking "Book Now" to see your options. NOTE: Each participant in our horse activities will be required to complete an online Equestrian Liability Release form. This will be available from your booking and/or invoice under Required Documents.
Not staying on our property but interested in the activities? We welcome all participants and spectators to take part in our horse programs and target sports.

All participants will be asked to sign and abide by the Mitten Outdoors terms of the Letter of Agreement and Alcohol Policy. Please download, print, and bring to the event. Those taking part in the Corral Ride or Trail Ride will be required to sign an Equestrian Activity Liability Release, located in the Online booking system (accessed from your email invoice by clicking View Required Documents. More info on using our online waivers system can be found in our Customer Waiver Document.
